03 — Management

Full day-to-day management.

The most hands-off option: we run the property as if it were ours. You get one point of contact, one tidy monthly statement and your evenings back. Charged as 10% of net booking income — no inflated extras hidden in cleaning or maintenance.

Management: 10% of net booking income (i.e. after platform commissions and processing fees). Cleaning, linen, consumables and any maintenance are charged at cost, on top.
